Born 1984 in Amsterdam, Eva Simons always had a special aptitude for music. Other family members already achieved success in the music business when she was very young: on all, Johnny Meijer, her granddad, is considered to be the best accordionist in the world. All this has left for sure a strong, deep mark on young Eva. When she was 16 she joined the Amsterdam School of Music to gain experience and in a few years she started her music career.

Not much later Eva had the chance to work with popular Dutch producer Afrojack giving her voice for his first success: “Take over control”, a big hit in 2010.

After several collaborations, for which Eva had to adjust her style, she felt it was time for her to find her very own sound.
This creative process gave birth to her first solo hit: “Policeman”.
This song showed Eva the way and (following the mood) in 2015 she delivered “Bludfire”.

In 2017 Eva is playing again a starring role with her brand new, powerful tune “GUAYA”: a mix of Dancehall and Moombathon sounds filled with Dutch singer's outstanding voice!
